Our fund aims to invest in middle market companies. We prefer established entities with positive predictable cash flows, however we consider early stage and negative EBITDA companies where we can envision a rapid route to positive cash flow.

We leverage our industry expertise in attractive growth sectors of business services, consumer, financial services, industrial, healthcare, high technology, outsourcing, retail and transportation & logistics. Good investment candidates are privately held businesses or divisions being divested by their corporate parents.

ACN seeks to accelerate revenue and profitability growth by partnering with management and bringing complementary skills in strategy, marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, human resources, and information technology. For example, an attractive investment would be a company that is successful due to strong product design and sales skills, but has “hit the wall” and is operationally challenged to grow to the next level.

We normally serve as lead investor in our portfolio companies with equity positions ranging from a simple majority to full ownership. In all cases, we want portfolio company executive teams to retain a meaningful financial interest in their companies’ success.
